This website is operated by Gatherstone Ltd (“Gatherstone”, “we”, “us”), a creative company based in the United Kingdom. We are the data controller for personal information handled through this website.

This website is a single informational page. It has no contact form, account system, newsletter sign-up, analytics or advertising trackers.

We may handle personal information in two ways:

Enquiries. If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you choose to include in your message.

Server and security logs. Our hosting provider may automatically record technical information such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser and operating system, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use these logs to identify or profile individual visitors.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. See our cookies page for details of the storage this website actually uses.

Enquiries are handled on the basis of our legitimate interests in responding to you and, where relevant, taking steps towards a contract. Server and security logs are kept on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating a secure, reliable website.

Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any resulting relationship, and are then deleted. Hosting logs are retained for a short period in line with our provider’s standard retention.

We do not sell personal information. It may be processed by service providers acting on our instructions, such as our website hosting provider and our email provider, and may be disclosed where we are legally required to do so.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access your personal information, to have inaccurate information corrected, to request erasure or restriction, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to data portability where it applies. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.
